As a sports enthusiast, Dakarai James always kept baseball and basketball cards. A friend of his mom, took him to a comic bookstore and bought him 10 comic books. He would then collect East bay magazines in order to hang up the centerpiece poster or latest shoe in his bedroom as a teen. As a man, Dakarai joined United States Air Force and began collecting tennis shoes. Unfortunately, his grandfather who raised him passed away. Upon his passing, Solomon James left him 2 vintage cars and a ton of classic magazines. This inspired to pick up the pieces and expand his vintage collection company.
